摘要
社会出现的"富士康式实习"现象,不但背离实习教育宗旨,而且还严重侵害了实习生的教育权益。如何规范实习单位的职责和保障实习生的权利问题,社会鲜有相关的专题研究和媒体报道。对此,分析"富士康式实习"现象根源,探讨实习生权利和实习单位义务,以实现实习教育理念。
The emerged phenomenon of Foxconn Internship not only deviates from the aim of education, but also infringes the rights of trainees seriously. The society has rarely monographic study and media report on how to standard the responsibilities of practice enterprises and guarantee the rights of the trainees. Therefore, this paper analyzes the source of such phenomenon, discusses the rights of trainees and the responsibilities of the practice enterprises, so as to realize the concepts of school-enterprise cooperation.
