浅谈高职院校校风建设问题

Problems of School Climate in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过对本科和高职院校学生、教师和用人企业等采取座谈会和问卷调查的方式对高职院校校风建设问题进行实践性研究,对于所得结果进行分析,得出高职院校校风建设中存在的问题,找到解决问题的途径,找到创建优良的学风、教风和工作作风,形成良好的校园环境和氛围的方式方法。为高职院校校风建设提供实证研究基础,探索高职院校校园文化建设模式。

This paper is mainly based on the Symposium and questionnaire investigation of employers, teachers and students in the higher vocational colleges. Practice research problems of school climate in higher vocational colleges. To analysis the result, it is concluded that the problems existing in the school climate in higher vocational colleges. It finds ways to solve the problem and find a method to form good campus environment and atmosphere. Provide the basis for practical research in school climate construction and explore the mode of campus culture construction in Higher Vocational colleges.
