高职院校IT专业人才培养现状与就业意愿分析――基于对石家庄职业技术学院87份调查问卷的实证研究

Training Status and Employment Willingness of IT Students in Vocational Colleges——Empirical research based on 87 questionnaires from ShijiazhuangVocationalTechnology Institute

以对石家庄职业技术学院IT专业87为在校学生的问卷调查为基础,对高职院校IT产业人才培养现状进行分析。同时,还研究其就业目标及主要途径等方面的意愿,并提出相关对策建议。可以为高校教学在专业和教学内容的制定方面提供实证性材料,并为管理部门提供决策参考。

Based on a survey to 87 IT-majored students from Shijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institute, this paper gives an analysis on the status quo of students＇ cultivation in vocational colleges, meanwhile, makes a study of their employment objectives and the main channels, and puts forward relevant suggestions. It can be referred for setting professional majors and teaching content, and decision-making of the management authorities.
