未婚育男性腹股沟疝患者的手术处理及对策 被引量:6

摘要 以Bassini术式为代表的腹股沟疝修补术为解除人类疝疾病所带来的痛苦做出了巨大贡献.尽管传统疝修补术后疼痛明显,不能早日恢复体力活动,复发率较高,至今仍有一定数量外科医师在应用.上世纪80年代,无张力疝修补术技术开始在全球推广应用,包括Lichtenstein,Kugel,PHS,mKugel,Millikan等多种术式,以其复发率低、恢复快、术后疼痛轻等为特点,已被广大医师所接受,并逐步取代传统疝修补技术.
