三维疝修补装置在成年无张力疝修补术中的应用

Application of three-dimensional device in the hernia repair

目的探讨三维疝修补装置在成人无张力疝修补术中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析 2009年9月至2013年3月鄂尔多斯市中心医院采用无菌三维疝修补装置（UHS）技术行无张力修补的78例成年腹股沟疝患者的临床资料.结果手术时间 35～65 min,平均 （48±17）min;住院时间1～10 d,平均住院时间为（3.5±1.5） d.围术期无死亡患者,术后出现阴囊血肿1例,积液2例,无切口感染,随访3～27个月,无复发,局部无异物感,无慢性疼痛,无射精痛,无睾丸萎缩等并发症.结论 三维疝修补装置UHS技术治疗成年腹股沟疝具有安全性高,手术及住院时间短,并发症少等优点,可成为腹股沟疝修补术的主要方法.

Objective To explore the application of three-dimensional tension-free hernia repair in the adult patients. Methods A total of 78 cases of adult patients were collected from September 2009 to March 2013 in Erdos City Center Hospital by UHS. Results The operation time lasted 35 to 65 rains with a mean of （48 ± 17） min and the time for hospitalization was lto 10 days with a mean of （3.5 ± 1.5） days. No death was occurred and only one case of patients with postoperative scrotal hematoma and 2 cases of pleural effusion were observed. No incision infection was found in the follow up of 3 to 27 months. No recurrence, local foreign body sensation, chronic pain, ejaculation pain, testicula atrophy and other complications were found. Conclusions The three-dimensional hernia repair of UHS technique for the treatmnet of adult inguinal hernia are safe, operational with shor hospitalization stay, less complications, which can become the main methos of inguinal hernia repair.
