在InAs/In_xGa_(1-x)As核壳量子点中电子的能态研究

摘要 分析了单电子情况下InAs/InGaAs核壳结构量子点中系统总哈密顿,利用有效质量理论求解了稳态薛定谔方程;在考虑电子—声子相互作用下,利用微扰理论计算得到系统的能谱及波函数,并对其参量关系进行了分析和讨论。 The total Hamihonian of a single-electron system in an InAs/InGaAs core-shell quantum dots is studied theoretically. Based on the effective mass theory the steady-state Sehrodinger equation is obtained. Considering the electron-phonon interaction, the energy spectrum and wave functions of the system are investigated by the use of perturbation theory, and the relationship among their parameters are analyzed and discussed.
