摘要 目的 探讨中文版 MBTI人格测验的效标关联效度 ,为 MBTI人格量表在中国的应用提供理论依据 .方法 大学本科生 92 9(男 72 9,女 2 0 0 )名 ;MBTI- G量表中文修订版 ;关联效标测验量表包括 EPQ,16 PF和 PHI人格测验 .结果 外倾 -内倾维度与 EPQ和 16 PF中内向人格因素间有0 .7水平的相关 ;直觉型个体主要表现为高恃强性、幻想性、独立性 ,而感觉型个体表现出新环境中高成功能力 ;对人 -对事维度与专业成就因子相关最高 ,在成功领导者评价上有一定意义 ;认知型个体较孤僻 ,而判断型个体社会化程度高、新环境中成长能力强 .结论 该研究修订的中文版 MBTI具有较好的效标关联效度 . AIM To investigate the referent validity of Chinese version MBTI. METHODS 929 students (male 729, female 200), aged 19~23, participated in the study. MBTI Form G was revised and used. The tests for referent validity consisted of 16PF, EPQ and PHI. RESULTS There was a correlation (about 0.7). between EI and two factors of EPQ E and 16PE EXT. N type showed high assertiveness, imaginativeness and sense of independence while S type showed a capacity to succeed in new environment. There was also a close correlation between TF and the leadership of 16PF. P type exhibited high eccentricity while J type had high socialization and capacity to succeed in new environment. CONCLUSION Chinese version MBTI has a very high referent validity.
