银杏叶超细粉对蛋鸡产蛋性能、血脂水平和血清酶活性的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Ultra-fine Ginkgo Leaf Particles on the Egg Laying Performance,Lipid Level and Serum Enzyme Activity of Laying Hens

摘要 旨在研究银杏叶超细粉对蛋鸡产蛋性能、血脂水平和血清酶活性的影响。选择健康的55周龄罗曼白商品蛋鸡192羽,随机分为对照组和试验组共4组,每组3个重复,每个重复16羽,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.60%、0.80%、1.00%的银杏叶超细粉,预试期7d,正试期28d。结果表明:与对照组相比,各试验组的平均蛋重、产蛋率和日产蛋数均差异不显著(P>0.05),但添加0.80%银杏叶超微粉组能显著降低蛋鸡的日采食量和料蛋比(P<0.05)。试验组血清中总胆固醇和甘油三酯浓度显著降低(P<0.05),L DL-C有下降趋势(P>0.05),HDL-C呈升高趋势(P>0.05);血清中的谷丙转氨酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);谷草转氨酶活性呈降低的趋势。结果表明:日粮中添加银杏叶超微粉可以降低蛋鸡料蛋比、血脂水平和血清酶活性,且以0.80%银杏叶超细粉添加量的影响效果最佳。 The study explores the effect of ultra-fine ginkgo leaf particles on the egg laying per- formance, lipid level and serum enzyme activity of laying hens. One hundred and ninety-two 55-week-old healthy Lohmann layers are selected and divided randomly into 4 groups to be the control group and three test groups. In each group, the layers are divided randomly into 3 replicates of 16 each. The control group is fed basal diet and the test groups are fed with the basal diet supplemented with the ultra-fine ginkgo leaf particles at the ration of 0. 60%, 0.80% and 1.00%, respectively. The pre-experiment lasts 7 days and the experiment lasts 28 days.The results show that compared with the control group, there is no significant difference a- mong three test groups on the average egg weight, the intensity of laying and the daily egg number (P〉0.05), but the average daily gain and the ratio of feed to egg in the test group, which is fed the control diet supplemented with the ultra-fine ginkgo leaf particles at the ration of 0. 80%, decrease significantly (P〈0. 05). The total cholesterol in serum and triglyceride in the three test groups decrease significantly (P〈0.05), while the LDL-C is falling (P〉0.05) and HDL-C is rising (P〉0.05) ; the alanine aminotransferase activity in serum decrease signif- icantly (P〈0. 05) and aspartate aminotransferase activity decrease. It is found that the dietary supplementation with 0. 80% ultra-fine ginkgo leaf particles is the best, which can decrease the ratio of feed to egg, lipid level and serum enzyme activity of laying hens.
