摘要
目的 研究红毛五加多糖抑癌机制 .方法 采用DNA电泳检测红毛五加多糖对体外培养人胃癌细胞 DNA的影响 .结果 0 .1mm ol· L- 1 红毛五加多糖分别作用胃癌细胞 36 ,48和 6 0 h后 ,提取 DNA电泳呈现梯状图谱 ,且具有时间—效应关系 .至 72 h,电泳带型接近顺铂坏死对照组 ,只形成连续的条带 ,无 DNA梯状图谱 .Vit C对照组与空白对照组既无梯状图谱 ,也无连续条带 .结论 红毛五加多糖有诱导胃癌细胞凋亡的作用 .
AIM To investigate the antitumor mechanisms of acanthopanax giraldii harms var hispidus hoo polysaccharides (AGP) on the gastric cells. METHODS DNA agarose gel electrophoresis technique was adopted to explore the effects of AGP on the DNA of the human gastric cancer cells. RESULTS After being cultured with 0.1 mmol·L -1 AGP for 36, 48 and 60 h, the cells' DNA was digested into fragments which gave a rise to a characteristic 'DNA ladder' by agarose gel electrophoresis. And there was time effect relationship between these AGP groups. As to 72 h, the type of the lane was approximate to that of the necrotic group, which had no ladders, but a continuing lane. The blank group and the Vit C group had neither the DNA ladder, nor the continuing lane. CONCLUSION AGP could induce the gastric cancer cell apoptosis.
