摘要
目的 研究 Bcl- w蛋白在原发性胆囊癌 (prim arygallbladder carcinoma,PGBC)中的表达及其意义 .方法 以特异性羊抗兔 Bcl- w抗体 ,DAKO Envision TM系统 (L DP法 )免疫组织化学方法检测石蜡包埋的 PGBC标本中 Bcl- w蛋白的表达 .结果 47例 PGBC中 Bcl- w阳性 2 8例 (6 0 % ) ;15例胆囊腺肌瘤样增生 (GBADH) Bcl- w阳性 14例 (93% ) ;Bcl- w在 PGBC中表达低于 GBADH(P<0 .0 5 ) ;Bcl- w在高分化PGBC中的表达高于中低分化 PGBC,其间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;PGBC中的 Bcl- w表达在肿块体积≤ 2 cm,男性及>5 5岁患者分别高于体积 >2 cm,女性及 <5 5岁患者 ,其间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,但 Bcl- w表达与 PGBC的 Nevin分期无关 .结论 抗凋亡蛋白 Bcl- w参与了 PGBC发病过程的凋亡调变 ,其表达水平的不同与 PGBC临床病情有关 .
AIM To study the protein expression of Bcl w in primary gallbladder carcinoma (PGBC) and its clinical signifi cance. METHODS Protein expression levels of Bcl w were determined by immunohistochemistry with rabbit antihuman Bcl w antibody and Envision TM system. RESULTS Bcl w was detectable in 60% of PGBC (28 of 47) and detectable in 93% of the gallbladder adenomymatous hyperlasia (GBADH) (14 of 15); Bcl w levels were significantly higher in GBADH than in PGBC ( P <0.05). Bcl w levels were statistically higher in patients whose tumor sizes were no more than 2 cm, male and senior to 55 years old than those whose tumor size was less than 2 cm, female and junior to 55 years old ( P <0.05, P <0.05, P <0.01, respectively), Bcl w expression levels were not associated with any of Nevin's stages. CONCLUSION Antiapoptotic protein Bcl w partially participates in apoptosis regulation in PGBC, and its expression levels are correlated with clinical situation in PGBC.
