汉字作为记录汉语的书写符号系统,汉字素养是汉字使用者综合素质的重要组成部分。对汉字素养的概念进行了界定,并从汉字历史、汉字现状、汉字本体、汉字规范等方面对汉字素养的构成进行了探讨。

Chinese Character are the writting symbol system for recording Chinese, the abilities of maste- ring Chinese is of the utmost important part for the users and learners. It defines the concept of abilities of Chinese Character in this paper and from aspects of Chinese Character histories, Chinese Character pres- ent situations, Chinese Character main body and the Chinese Character standards, the constitution of the a- bilities of Chinese Character was also discussed at last.
