重返全省第一方阵,是蚌埠市委市政府立足蚌埠实际、审时度势,发出的动员令,也是蚌埠人民心中的梦想。重返全省第一方阵,文化是重要的支撑。以"淮河文化"品牌建设为抓手,突出塑造文化特色;打好高校和科研院所两张"名片"牌,提升市民科技文化素质;做大文化产业,发展文化经济;以文化立市,努力提升蚌埠的城市知名度和文化竞争力。

It is a mobilization order and a dream in Bengbu people＇s heart as well for Bengbu to be back to the first phalanx of Anhui province, which is proclaimed by Bengbu Municipal Party Committee and government based on the reality and situation of Bengbu. To make it come true, culture is an important back -up. First,we should centre on building cultural features with ＂Huaihe culture＂ brand construction as the starting point. Second, we should improve the scientific and cultural qualities of our citizens on the basis of universities and research institutes. Third, we should expand cultural industry and cultural econo- my. In a word, we should promote the popularity and the cultural competitiveness of Bengbu on the cultur- al basis.
