随着高校创业教育的深入开展,创业教育中存在的问题也日益凸显。创业教育忽视学生的实际需求,缺乏系统性和连续性,成为创业教育深入发展的制约因素。在人本主义教育思想的启示下,通过构建创业教育的筛选矩阵,对学生进行区别分析,进而提出创业教育的金字塔模式,攻克了创业教育发展中的难题,推动了创业教育的进一步发展。
