高职商务英语专业学生跨文化交际能力的培养

Cultivation of Higher Vocational Business English Major Students' cross- cultural communicative competence

在国际商务活动中,商务英语人才除了需掌握语言知识与商务知识外,还要必须具备很强的跨文化交际能力。这要求高职院校商务教师除了要培养学生熟练掌握外语,通晓商务知识,更重要的是要使他们对中西文化有一定的了解,并在商务交流过程中注意到中西方的这些文化差异。文章对商务英语交际中的文化差异作了分析,指出培养学生跨文化交际的必要性,同时还提出了几点跨文化交际能力培养的对策,以期对从事商务英语教学的老师们有所帮助。

In international business activities, business English talents in addition to the need to master the language knowledge and business knowledge, but also must have strong ability to cross -cultural communication. This requires teachers in Higher Voca- tional Colleges of business in addition to training students to master a foreign language, knowledge of business knowledge, more impor- tant is to enable them to have a certain understanding of Chinese and Western culture, and pay attention to the differences between Chinese culture and Western culture in the process of business communication. This article analyses the cultural differences in Busi- ness English communication, points out the necessity of cultivating students＇ intercultural communication, it also puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate some intercultural communicative competence, in order to help the teachers engaged in Business English teaching.
