英汉翻译中的“误读”现象

在翻译过程中,译者对所译内容的文化内涵茫然无觉会导致翻译的无意误读。有意误读则是译者对拟译内容的源语文化所做的有意选择。本文认为译者在提高双语语言能力的同时,还应提高双语文化能力,从而尽量对所译内容的文化内涵做出正确的解读。对于译者的创造性误读,则应肯定它的价值。只有两种文化实现创造性融合才能使翻译的文化价值得以体现。
