近两年来,我们学校经过新一轮课程改革——高效课堂的洗礼,教育教学水平有了显著的提高。现在的课堂确实发生了很多根本性的变化,人们已经不再把老师讲得是否精彩和课堂知识容量的多少作为衡量教学好坏的唯一标准,调动学生的创新思维和培养学生的创新意识成为人们关注的焦点。作为一名英语教师,我们必须要抓住好时机,因势利导,调动学生学习的积极主动性,从起点年级进行学生创新能力的培养,为八、九年级的学习打下良好的基础。让创新意识萌芽,逐渐成长至开花结果。
