摘要
观察了各种软骨细胞外基质对骺板软骨体外构建的影响。证实了胶原、蛋白多糖和透明质酸均显著地促进培养软骨细胞的生长,然而各种软骨细胞外基质促进软骨细胞增殖分化的作用并不相同。从组织学可观察到,胶原蛋白明显地促进软骨细胞的肥大化;而蛋白多糖和透明质酸抑制成熟期软骨细胞向肥大期转换。
The effects of extracellar marixes on the fabrication of epiphyseal in vitro were observed. It was confirmed that collagen PG and HA significantly stimulated the growth of cultured chondroctes. Whease, the various ECMs had different effects on chondrocyte proliferation and differentiation. From viewpoint of histology, collagen markedly stimulated the hyperphization of chondrocytes; pG and HA inhibited matured chondrocytes from transferring to hypertrophic period.
