国际贸易对我国区际经济效率的作用差异分析——基于技术溢出与技术收敛“双效应”的实证研究

On the Different Impacts of International Trade on Chinas Inter-Regional Economic Efficiency: Based on the“Dual-effect”of Technology Spillover and Convergence

基于开放经济条件下的技术扩散视角,在考虑技术进步收敛效应的前提下,文章运用1979-2010年省际面板数据经验研究了对外贸易对我国各地区全要素生产率提升的作用差异。分区域的实证结果表明:贸易开放的技术溢出和技术收敛"双效应"在我国同时存在;东中部地区已跨越技术吸收能力门槛,而西部地区总体上尚不具备吸收技术外溢的能力;东部地区的贸易开放不再具有增长效应,而中部地区的贸易开放在提升地区经济效率方面仍具有很大的增长潜力。因此,文章认为各地区应当依据贸易的效率提升门槛采用有差别的贸易发展战略并根据各自技术吸收能力制定相应的技术进步战略。

Based on the perspective of technology spillover under the open economy, combined with the effect of technology convergence, this paper empirically tests the different impacts of international trade on China＇s Inter-Regional economic efficiency with the panel data from 31 provinces during the period of 1979 to 2010. The regression result shows that： the effects of technology spillover and convergence coexist in our country; the east and middle part of China has crossed the capacity threshold for technological absorption, but the west has not; trade openness in the east does not have a＂ growth＂ effect any more, and the middle part still has great potential in improving the economic efficiency by enlarging the trade openness. Our research has provided reference for establishing differentiated inter-regional trade and technology strategies.
