高硅石灰石用于水泥熟料生产的可行性研究 被引量:4

摘要 一般用于水泥熟料生产的石灰石要求w(SiO2)<4%,而我国优质石灰石资源有限,因而研究利用高硅石灰石生产水泥熟料具有现实意义。试验采用河南确山高硅石灰石进行配料和煅烧,结果表明:(1)在一定配比及1 450℃烧成温度下,该高硅石灰石可以作为水泥熟料生产用的石灰石类原料用;(2)所用高硅石灰石的易磨性略差,另试验用的高硅铝矾土易磨性也较差,并且严重影响生料的易烧性;(3)在1 450℃情况下,所配生料中SO3挥发率最高,K2O其次,Na2O最小。 Generally the limestone that used for cement clinker production is required w(SiO2)〈4%, and as high quality limesstone is limited in China, it has realistic significance to utilize high silicon limestone in cement production. Henan Queshan high silicon limestone was used in ingredient and calcination of cement clinker, the results show as follows: (1) at a certain proportion and the temperature of 1 450 ℃℃, the high silicon limestone can be used as cement limestone raw material;(2) grindability of the high silicon limestone is a little bad as well as that of the high silicon bauxite used in the experiment,which impact the burnability of meal. (3) at the temperature of 1 450 ℃, in the raw meal, volatilization rate of SO3 is the highest,then K2O,and the lowest is that of Na2O.
