华润水泥(封开)有限公司40km长胶带输送工程是华润封开县水泥基地6×5000t/d水泥熟料生产线的生命线工程。该廊道是目前世界上最长的曲线胶带运输系统,世界水泥行业最长的皮带输送廊道。详细介绍了该工程项目长胶带输送系统的布局、设计、配置要求和系统特点。该工程现已投产并实现了稳定运行,且台时产量、运转率、电耗三项指标均达到设计要求。

China Resources Fengkai Company has a 40km long belt conveying system which is the lifeline engineering for it＇s 6×5 000 t/d cement production base. The conveying corridor is the longest curvilinear belt conveying system in the world. The layout,design, configuration requirements and system points of the long belt conveying sytem were introduced in detail. And the project has been put into production and realized stable running, furthermore, the three indexes of output per hour, running rate and power consumption reached design requirements.
