摘要
钢铁业的大发展,带来了铁尾矿堆存量的累年增加并严重影响了环境安全。唐山冀东启新水泥有限责任公司尝试用铁尾矿替代砂岩进行了生料配料,结果生产出的熟料28 d抗折强度为9.0 MPa、抗压强度为53.1MPa,且其它各项指标均符合国标要求的优质熟料。这为本地固废资源化利用作出了有益尝试和应用,且可使企业获得较大的经济效益。
The development of steel industry brought about iron railings stockpile annual increase and a serious impact on the environment safety. Tangshan Jidong Qixin Cement Company tried to substitute iron tailings for sandstone in raw meal proportioning, and 28d bending strength of the produced clinker was 9.0 MPa and the compress strength was 53.1 MPa, furthermore, the other indexes all accorded with the high quality clinker required by national standard. It is an useful attempt and application for utilization of local solid waste and can bring great economic benefits for enterprise.
