摘要
老一代采用压力框架对磨辊加载的MPS立磨不能抬辊启动,使用起来极不方便。为此,在磨辊和压力框架之间加设铰支座连接和辅助磨辊提升机构,在启动主传前,通过双作用的加载油缸和拉杆,抬起压力框架并同步抓起三个磨辊,实现空载启动。其中,重点给出了两套三个加载油缸同步启动控制方案——采用液压同步马达和采用电磁换向阀—液动换向阀组合,详细分析了这两套方案的台辊落辊控制原理及主要元器件的作用。
Old frame-press MPS vertical mill cann't start up with roller lifting, which is very inconvenient. We set hinged joint and auxiliary lifting gear between roller and press frame, so before the main drive starts up, by the difunctional hydraulic cylinders and draw bar, the press frame will be lifted with the three rollers synchronously, and then start-up with roller lifting of the MPS vetrical mill was realized. And two syncro-start control schemes of the thress cylinders were put stress on, the control principle of roller lifting and dropping was analysed as well as the function of the main components.
