摘要
依据接触力学理论,分析了回转窑下滑的机理,即:由于接触区域分为粘连区和滑移区,回转窑以很快的旋转速度通过接触区域的滑移区时会由于不平衡的受力轴向滑移一个微小的距离,从而导致了宏观上的回转窑下滑。给出了回转窑下滑速度的一个近似计算公式,通过实例验证了其结果接近于部分实践数据。
By theory of contact mechanics, the mechanism of rotary kiln's movement was analysed. As the contact area is divided into adhesion and slip zone, when rotary kiln with high rotating speed crosses the contact area of the slip zone,it will axial slip a tiny distance because of the unbalanced stress, which results in the rotary kiln's macroscopic movement. A approximate formula for calculating the moving speed was given, and by real example the results were verified to he close to some practical data.
