摘要
目的研究细胞外环境低钙对培养心肌细胞损伤的影响机制。方法观察细胞外钙离子浓度为1.0mmol/L、0.8mmol/L、0.6mmol/L、0.4mmol/L、0.2mmol/L时对原代培养心肌细胞膜流动性、细胞内游离钙和肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)的影响。结果钙离子浓度为0.6mmol/L以下能明显引起膜流动性降低,细胞内游离钙增加,呈明显的量效关系。低钙能引起CK量增加,呈明显的量效关系。结论细胞外环境钙离子浓度降低能引起细胞内游离钙增加,进而使细胞损伤。
Objective To study the injury mochanism of cxtraccllular low calcium in myocardial cell. Methods Observe cellular membrane fluidity, cellular free calcium ion and cretin kinase(CK)in primary cellular culture under concentration of calcium in extracellular is 1.0 mmol/L、0.8mmol/L、0.6mmol/L、0.4mmol/L、0.2mmol/L. Results It is that cellular mombrane fluidity decreased, intracollular free calcium ion increased and activity of CK increased when calcium conccntration is under 0.6mmol/L, and there is a significant dose response relationship. Conclusion When extracellular calcium ion increased the intracellular calcium ion increase and the cell injury occurred.
