摘要
ATMXF-2100型荧光仪经过14年的工作后,测量稳定性逐渐变差。对此通过实验来计算荧光仪曲线校正的测量不确定度,确定荧光仪漂移校正的误差范围和稳定性;并在实验后,采取相应措施和制定新的标准规程,减少了由校正操作引入的误差,提高了荧光仪分析水泥样品的准确度。
After 14 years of using,the testing stability of our ATMXF-2100 spectrofluorimetry becomes worse gradually. The testing uncertainty of spectrofluorimetry correction curve was calculated by experiment as well as the error range and stability. After the experiment, corresponding measures and new standards were adopted, by which the error caused by correction operation was decreased and the precision increased.
