摘要
为寻求焦化酚氰废水生化二沉池出水COD超标解决方法,以锌盐、铝盐和聚丙烯酰胺为主要原料制备了一种新型锌铝复合絮凝剂,利用该絮凝剂进行焦化厂酚氰废水处理站二沉池出水的絮凝实验.研究考察了絮凝剂用量、pH值、温度以及搅拌速度对去除CODcr和浊度的影响.结果表明,当絮凝pH为10,絮凝剂投加量为1.2ml/L,慢搅拌速度为75r/min时,CODcr和浊度的去除率分别为76%和98.1%,而温度对絮凝效果影响甚微.与常规聚合氯化铝和聚合硫酸铁絮凝剂对比表明,锌铝复合絮凝剂处理焦化废水的效果明显较优.
For solving CODCr excessive of coking wastewater from secondary setting tank, the new zinc aluminum compound flocculant (ZACF)was prepared with inorganic zinc, inorganic aluminum and polyacrylamide, and its application to the treatment of coking wastewater from secondary setting tank was conducted. The effects of pH, temperature, dosage and stirring speed on the removal of contaminants were investigated. The results indicated that when the pH, dosage and stirring speed were controlled at 10, 1.2 mL · L-1 and 75 r/min respectively, the removal rates of CODCr and turbidity, reach76% and 98. 1 ;, respectively, and the effect of temperature on the flocculation was little. Furthermore, the floc-culation performance of zinc aluminum compound flocculant(ZACF)was better than those of polyferric sulfate(PFS) and polyaluminum chloride(PAC).
