摘要
针对钢管二维漏磁检测系统中,轴向缺陷检测装置中探头采集到各路轴向缺陷信号之间的互扰问题,采用基于相对梯度算法的盲分离技术,消除探头中各通道传感器采集信号之间的互扰.仿真结果表明,该方法具有稳定的可靠性和有效性,可以有效消除信号间互扰,提高检测设备探测缺陷能力,具有一定的应用前景.
In two-dimensional leakage magnetic testing system, disturbance amony flaw signals from lon- gitudinal sensor array is inevitable. The method of relative gradient algorithm contained in blind source separation was employed to reduce the disturbance between flaw signals. The experiment results show that this method is steady in reliability and validity and improves the performance of the detected equipment. Thus blind source separation has great potential in flaw signals process.
