摘要
LVDT位移传感器的变送器输出电压值和输入位移量之间存在着非线性,设计和制作线性度较高的传感器比较困难.在分析产生非线性误差主要原因和传统校正方法的基础上,利用单片机软件算法进行非线性校正以提高传感器输出精度.该算法以传感器标定数据为样本,用分段线性插值法求出实际位移量.实验测试结果表明,设计达到了高精度要求,具有良好的应用价值.
It is difficult to design and produe the sensor with high linearity, for the linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) displacement sensor measurement circuit has nonlinear relationship between output voltage value of the transmitter and input displacement. By analyzing the main reasons of nonlinear error and the traditional correction method,software compensation algorithm in MCU is employed to improve the accuracy of sensor design. Taking the sensor calibration data as a sample, the actual displacement is calculated by piecewise linear interpolation. Experiment results show that the linearity of the sensor can meet the design requirements, and this method has a good application prospect.
