摘要
采用材料力学和弹性力学有限元法,分别计算了多排悬挑架主梁的应力和变形.材料力学算法将多排悬挑架主梁视为连续梁,理论上无法解决几何形状变化明显的应力集中处(如支撑点处)的应力问题,2种方法的计算结果相差较大,最大误差达112%,但变形计算结果基本一致.故多排悬挑架主梁的强度计算应采用弹性力学有限元法.
Mechanics of materials and elasticity element methods were employed to calculate the stress and deformation of rows of cantilevered flame main beam. Material rneehanics algorithm takes multi-row cantilevered truss main beam as a continuous beam,which in theory,can not solve the stress problem of the stress concentration points due to the geometric changes (such as support point). There exists much difference between results obtained from the two methods,the maximum error reached 112%. The deformation calculation results are basically the same,and the rows of cantilevered frame main beam intensity should be measured by using a finite element method for elasticity.
