Serving the Oilfield's Human Resources Construction and Building SINOPEC's First–Class Training Base ——Practice of Jianghan Oilfield's Staff Training Center and Some Reflections

30多年来,江汉石油管理局职工培训中心在自我发展中,从构建体系到实现转型、创建一流,坚持创业发展、与时俱进;在服务企业中,充分发挥作用,坚持有为有位、砥砺前行,彰显办学形象;在回首展望中,注重联系实际,坚持总结梳理、思考规划,不断推进新形势下的教育培训工作,全面打造中石化一流培训基地。

In the past 30 years, the staff training center of Jianghan Oilfield in its individual development has persisted in entrepreneurship and developing with the times, from successfully constructing a training system, achieving transformation to today＇s striving to build first-class. In its service of the oilfield, the center fully plays its role, and persists in contributing from its position and bettering forward, which greatly highlights the school image. By looking back as well as forward, the center focuses on practice, and persists in summing up and carefully planning for the future, in an effort to continuously promote education ＆ training under the new circumstances and build a comprehensive first-class training base for SINOPEC.
