通过对中国石化离退休人员基本情况、老年活动中心和老年大学基本情况进行分析,找出老年活动中心和老年大学工作中存在的问题,并根据工作经验总结及数据分析结果,提出加强基础设施建设、发挥思想阵地作用、丰富老年文化生活、办好老年大学、提升服务管理水平、加强队伍自身建设等应对措施。

This paper first analyzes the existing problems of Sinopec Senior Aged, from the basic situation of Sinopec retirees, Senior Center and Univers summering and analyzing, the paper provides the counter measures such as Center ity for streng and University for the the aged. And by data thening infrastructure construction, playing a role in ideological field, enriching retirees＇ cultural life, perfecting University for the aged, improving the service ＆ management quality, consolidating staff ability. It will be a great honor if this paper is able to provide references and inspirations to improve the quality of retired work for the same type enterprises
