摘要
目的了解高职护生存在学习倦怠的现况。方法采用大学生学习倦怠量表对609名高职护生进行调查。结果发放问卷609份,回收有效问卷592份。学习倦怠179人,学习倦怠检出率为30.24%。轻度学习倦怠112人(18.92%),中度学习倦怠48人(8.11%),重度学习倦怠19人(3.21%)。学习倦怠与性别、年级、生源地、是否为独生子女有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高职护生存在学习倦怠现象,应采取积极措施降低护生学习倦怠程度。
Objective To study the present situation of learning burnout for higher vocational nursing students. Method Investigate 609 higher vocational nursing students of this university by learning burnout scale for undergraduates. Result 592 of 609 questionnaires which are sent out are available. 179 cases of learning burnout are found and the rate is 30. 24%. 112 students are in low level (18.92%). 48 are in medium level (8. 11%). 19 are in high level (3.21%). There is significant difference on learning burnout between different gender, grade, origin of student and whether to be the only child (P〈0. 05). Conclusion There is learning burnout among higher vocational nursing students. Positive measures should be taken to reduce the level of learning burnout for nursing students.
