摘要牛海绵样脑病(BSE)是牛的一种新传染病。目前正在英国流行。它和绵羊、山羊的痒病(Scrapie)一样都属于传染性海绵样脑病(TSE)。该类疾病均以进行性、致死性和神经退变性为特征。已经表明TSE可在多种哺乳类动物中发生,其中包括人。
