摘要 文章针对目前纯甲壳素纤维在水刺非织造布梳理成网困难的问题,通过分析甲壳素纤维的性能特征,从生产前调湿准备、开松混合着手,在梳理机针布选型、工艺优化、设备维护、规范操作等方面提出一些控制措施,实现了纯甲壳素纤维在梳理机上的连续均匀成网,开发了纯甲壳素纤维水刺非织造材料,拓展了甲壳素纤维在医疗卫生领域的应用。 To solve the webbing problems of pure chitin fiber in spun-laced nonwoven process,the characteristics of chitin fiber were analysed. Some measures were put forward from the aspects of tem- perature and humidity adjustment, open and mix in preparation process, card clothing configuration, process optimization, equipment maintenance, standard operating procedure, to achieve continuous and umiform webbing of pure chitin fiber in carding process. Pure chitin fiber spun-laced materials were developed to expand the application of pure chitin fiber in the health fields.
