摘要 随着国家环保政策日趋严格,取消脱硫旁路烟道是发展趋势。为了保证机组的长周期运行,在脱硫装置故障恢复期间,保护脱硫设备免受高温烟气的破坏,在脱硫吸收塔入口烟道设置烟气降温系统是必要的保护措施。主要介绍了某300MW机组烟气脱硫装置安装事故喷淋降温系统方案设计选型,从烟气降温热平衡计算、冷却水母管管径计算、喷嘴选型和喷淋装置位置选择等方面进行介绍,并经过实践验证。对脱硫装置需要安装事故喷淋降温冷却系统的火力发电厂有较高的参考借鉴价值。 With the policy of national environmental protection is strict with each passing day,cancel the FGD by- pass flue is development trend. In order to ensure the long period operation of the unit,in the desulfurization de- vice fault recovery during high temperature flue gas desulfurization equipment, protection from damage, in the desulfurization absorption tower entrance flue gas cooling system is provided the necessary protection meas- ures. It mainly introduced the Pingdingshan Yao Meng power CO. ,LTD No. 3 flue gas desulfurization device in- stallation accident spray cooling system design scheme selection,from a flue gas cooling heat balance calcula- tion of cooling calculation of pipe diameter, jellyfish, choice of nozzles and spray device location selection and other aspects of the detailed description ,and verified in practice. On the desulfurization device installation acci- dent spray cooling system in thermal power plant has a very high reference value.
