摘要
介绍了某火电厂2×660MW机组两座9000m2逆流式自然通风冷却塔的噪声治理。通过现场噪声监测数据对噪声频谱分析获得冷却塔噪声特性,对比分析国内外大型逆流通风冷却塔噪声治理措施,得出在冷却塔与声环境敏感点之间设置隔声屏障为较优降噪措施的结论,并提出多个隔声屏方案。采用德国Datakustik噪声预测软件CadnaA模拟计算各方案的降噪效果,同时应用FLUENT软件分析计算在全年最不利月份(7月)的气象条件下各降噪方案对冷却塔冷却效果的影响,得出方案一和方案二为较优方案,即:能使周边环境敏感点噪声达标兼顾改善侧风不利影响的冷却塔噪声治理方案。对这两个方案进行施工方案和投资比较,得出方案一为最优方案。
It presents measures on noise control of two 9000 m3 natural draft cooling towers in a power plant with two coal- fired units of 650 MW units. The cooling tower noise characteristics are analyzed,and the current do- mestic and foreign cooling tower noise control measures are introduced,then five acoustic screen schemes are proposed. The analysis on the application of CADNA/A noise prediction software and FLUENT software show that scheme Ⅰ and scheme Ⅱ are the best two noise control measures for the cooling towers of this project with function of reducing adverse effects of crosswind, Scheme Ⅰ is recommended for its optimum construction condition and lower investment budget.
