摘要
目的 :制备用于介入治疗的可显影、可控直径的固体栓塞材料——泛影葡胺明胶微球。方法 :采用乳化聚合法制备微球 ,分样器过筛 ,分光光度计测定泛影葡胺含量 ,X线下判断其显影性 ,显微摄影测定其直径分布及膨胀系数 ,动物实验评估栓塞效果。结果 :微球分散性良好 ,直径分布范围为 30~ 10 0 0 μm,固相下可筛出不同直径的微球。微球中泛影葡胺的含量为 (31± 3) %。微球在生理盐水中的膨胀系数约为 1.338。体外及动物实验证实其在 X线下显影良好。结论 :通过乳化聚合法制备的泛影葡胺 -明胶微球分散性良好 ,直径可以控制 ,泛影葡胺含量高 ,X线下显影清晰 ,膨胀系数较大 ,是一种较为理想、具有广泛临床用途的新型固体栓塞材料。
砄bjective:To produce diatrizoate gelatin microspheres with controllable diameters and to study their physical and chemical characters. Methods:Diatrizoate gelatin microspheres with different diameters were prepared by emulsification and screening with sizer, the content of diatrizoate was measured by spectrophotometer, the development under X ray was judged by X ray photos, the expanding coefficient was measured by micrography. Results: The diatrizoate gelatin microspheres with diameters around 30~1 000 μm could be screened out into groups with different diameters, and had good dispersibility. The content of diatrizoate was about (31±3)%. In animal and in vitro test proved that they were developable under X ray. The coefficient of expanding was about 1.25~1.45 in normal saline. Conclusion: The diatrizoate gelatin microspheres may be used as a new material for embolismic therapy.
