White flowers Loropetalum cbinense is a common plant in South China. It distribute widely and has high medicinal value. Firstly,the white flowers Loropetalum ebinense is introduced, and then the important bioac- tive flavonoids with medicinal value in the plant is reviewed, mainly related to its function, structure, medicinal value, metabolic pathways and related enzymes. Finally, this article prospects the white flowers Loropetalum chi- nense resources development,utilization and research.
