20%氟酰胺可湿性粉剂对草坪褐斑病菌的室内毒力和田间防效

摘要 采用菌丝生长速率法进行氟酰胺对草坪褐斑病菌的室内毒力测定,结果表明,氟酰胺对草坪褐斑病菌菌丝生长有很好的抑制作用,EC50为0.0148mg/kg。田间药效试验结果表明,20%氟酰胺wP270~375g a.i./hm2对草坪褐斑病有很好的防治效果,防效达84.73%~88.52%。该药剂对草坪草安全,可以广泛用于草坪褐斑病的防治。 The toxicity of Flutolanil 20% WP against Lawn Brown patch were measured by investigating growth velocity in PSA euhure media,the result showed Flutolanil had good efficiency,and the EC50 value was 0.014 8mg/kg. The result of field efficacy trials showed that Flutolanil 20% WP has very good control efficiency of Lawn Brown patch and without damage,as well as the control effects was 84.73%-88.52% when the treatment was 270 to 375g a.i./hm2.
