It is the most important for surgeons to achieve surgical safety and ontological clearance in Iaparoseopic surgery for gastric cancer. With the widespread adoption oflaparoseopie surgeD＇ for gastric cancer, surgeons make great efforts to achieve better safety andlower morbidity. Common abdominal complications （intraoperative and postoperative） after laparoseopic radical gastrectomy include bleeding, anastomotie leakage, anastomotic stenosis, iatrogenie organ injury, pancreatic leakage, etc. The causes and prevention of the eomplications related with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy was discussed in this article.
