香港青少年正畸治疗配合程度的多因素分析

Multivariate analysis study for the compliance of orthodontic adolescents in HONG KONG

目的:香港地区青少年正畸治疗配合程度的多因素分析。方法:使用正畸治疗配合性评价表和临床调查问卷,评价各项影响因素对患者治疗配合程度的影响,进行统计学分析。结果:被动要求进行正畸治疗和牙颌畸形严重的患者是不按时复诊,口腔卫生情况差及矫治装置破坏的主要危险因素。结论:临床医生可通过加强患者主动要求正畸治疗的求诊意识和医患之间沟通的应对措施,提高青少年正畸治疗的配合程度。

Objective：To evaluate the degree of cooperation of orthodontic adolescents in Hong Kong and to analyze the multiple influential factors. Method：Using orthodontic cooperation form and carrying on a clinical survey to evaluate the in- fluential factors and to make statistics analysis. Result：Receiving orthodontic treatment passively and having severe maloc- clusion level are the main risk factors causing late referral, poor oral hygiene and correction device broken. Conclusion： Clinical orthodontists may enhance the compliance of adolescents patients by strengthening their initiative consciousness and improving doctor-patient communication.
