传动直丝弓矫治器在青少年安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合矫治中的应用 被引量:16

The clinical application of transmission straight wire appliance to adolescents with Angle class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion

摘要 目的:观察传动直丝弓矫治器对青少年安氏Ⅱ类1分类错殆病例矫治的临床效果。方法:对青少年安氏Ⅱ类1分类错殆畸形患者使用传动直丝弓技术进行矫治,治疗前后均拍摄X线头颅侧位片进行测量分析,比较矫治前后头影测量参数的变化,统计每个病例的完成时间。结果:16例青少年安氏Ⅱ类1分类错殆病例中男6例,女10例,平均年龄11.5-16.3岁。所有病例均拔除4颗第一前磨牙,16例患者都取得了良好的矫治效果,平均治疗时间16~18个月。UI—NA角平均减少了21.1°(P〈0.05),U1-L1角明显增大,SNA角减小,前突的上颌前牙得到充分的内收,前牙覆牙(合)覆盖正常,后牙达到中性关系,侧貌得到明显改善。结论:传动直丝弓矫治技术持续轻力快速打开前牙咬合,有效地内收上颌前牙,不需要增加支抗能快速、高效地改善侧貌外形,对安氏Ⅱ类1分类错胎病例有良好的矫治效果。 Objective: Observation using transmission straight wire appliance device for Angle Class Ⅱ division 1 on clinical application. Method:Angle class Ⅱ division 1 doloscents were selected and treated with transmission straight wire appliance. Lateral cephalometric films taken at the pre-treatment and post-treatment were analyed. The average treatment time was counted. Result:The samples included 16 adolescents aged from 11.5 to 16.3 years (6 males,10 females). All the patients presented treated with transmission straight wire appliance by extraction of the first premolars. The average treat- ment time was 16-18 months. After the treatment,U 1 -NA had decreased by 21.1 °(P 〈 0.05),U 1 -L1 increased significantly, and SNA decreased a little,normal overjet and overbite were established with retroclination of upper incisors. Remarkable soft tissue change was noted after the treatment. Conclusion: Transmission straight wire appliance have good effect on Angle class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion,and it can quickly and efficiently correct open bite and lateral outlook.
