唇癌术后缺损修复21例临床体会

The clinical experience of 21 cases lip defect reparation after cancer resection

目的:探讨唇癌术后缺损的修复方法,并对术后唇形态、功能进行疗效评价。方法:对手术方式为直接拉拢缝合、Abbe-estlander瓣、Bernard瓣及扇形颊瓣转移法修复唇缺损的21例患者进行病例资料回顾性研究,并对其修复效果进行评估。结果:21例患者术后皮瓣均存活,唇外形明显改善。术后随访2年,未见复发和转移,并且随着时间的推移,唇形态功能及患者自我评价的评分值均逐渐增高。结论:唇部缺损的修复方法应依据缺损的病因、大小、范围、皮瓣的特点、术者的技能以及患者的需求等来选择。

Objective： Talking about lip defect repairing methods after cancer resection, as well as the efficacy evalua- tion of the morphology and function after treatment. Method： We report our experience with 21 cases who underwent suture line directly, Abbe-estlander flaps, Bernard flaps or fan-shaped flaps. And their clinical repairing effects are evaluated. Re- suit： The flaps survived in all cases, The lip shape is significantly improved. There are no recurrence and metastasis in two years after treatment. With the passage of time, the morphology and function of the cases are becoming better and better, and their self-evaluation are more and more satisfactory. Conclusion： To get satisfactory repairing efficacy, the characteristics of defect and skin flap, the skills of the surgeon and the patients＇ needs all should be considered.
