电磁搅拌参数对半固态ZL104合金组织的影响

摘要 采用EMS-SM05型电磁搅拌机研究搅拌频率、搅拌功率对半固态ZL104合金组织的影响。结果表明,在本试验条件下,当搅拌频率为40 Hz以上时,半固态ZL104合金组织比较理想。随着搅拌功率的增大,初生α-Al相数量增多且更加圆整细化,当搅拌功率为7735 W以上时,球状初生α-Al相的形貌与尺寸不会有大的变化,此为最佳的搅拌功率。 The effect of stirring frequency and stirring power on the microstructure of semi-solid ZL104 alloy was studied by EMS-SM05 type electromagnetic stirrer. The results show that under the experiment condition, when the stirring frequency is higher than 40 Hz, the semi-solid ZL104 alloy's microstructure is ideal, and with the increase of the stirring power, primary ct-Al phase increases in the number and becomes more round and finer. When the stirring power is higher than 7735 W, the globular primary phase a-Al's morphology and size does not make much difference, so it is the best stirring power.
