摘要 为了给铸辗短流程复合成形工艺提供高质量的环形铸坯,通过数值模拟分析了42CrMo钢离心铸造的凝固组织特征,并对可能产生的宏观偏析进行了预测。总结了可能产生宏观偏析的各种原因,提出了减少宏观偏析的措施。 To provide high quality annular casting blank for short process of compound casting-rolling, the characteristic of solidification structure of 42CrMo in centrifugal casting steel was analyzed through numerical simulation, and the possible macro-segregation was predicted. All sorts of reasons for macro-segregation were summarized.The measures of reducing macro-segregation were put forward.
