摘要
研究了用石英粉作耐火填料,对以氯氧镁水泥为结合剂的硅酸铝纤维保温冒口材料的热导率、抗压强度和容重的影响。结果表明:硅酸铝纤维保温冒口材料的热导率、抗压强度和容重都很低,分别为0.128 W/(m·K)、0.300MPa、0.623 g/cm3。随着石英粉的加入和其量的增加,硅酸铝纤维保温冒口材料的热导率和容重呈线性增大,在其加入量为50%时,热导率和容重分别为0.279 W/(m·K)和1.203 g/cm3,均提高1倍左右;抗压强度则先提高后降低;当石英粉量为30%时,硅酸铝纤维保温冒口材料有最高的抗压强度(1.613 MPa),有着较低的热导率(0.230 W/(m·K))、适中的容重(0.878 g/cm3),能够满足保温冒口性能的基本要求。
The effects of quartz powder used as refractory filling on the thermal conductivity, compressive strength and bulk density of alumina silicate fiber thermal insulating riser material being bonded with magnesium oxy-chloride cement had been investigated. The results showed that the thermal conductivity, compressive strength and bulk density are very low, and the measured datum are 0.128 W/(m.K), 0.300MPa and 0.623g/cm3, respectively. As adding quartz powder and increasing its content in the material, the thermal conductivity and compressive strength both increase linearly. When the amount of quartz powder is 50%, the thermal conductivity is 0.279 W/ (m .K) and the bulk density is 1.203 g/cm3, which both doubled that without quartz powder. While the compressive strength increased at first and then decreased with the amount of quartz powder. When the amount of quartz powder is 30%, the compressive strength is the highest (that is 1.613MPa), the thermal conductivity is a little low (that is 0.230 W/(m.K) and the bulk density is moderate (that is 0.878 g/cm3), which can satisfy the basic requirements of thermal insulating riser performance.
