摘要
介绍了吉林吉恩镍业股份有限公司利用离心铸造新工艺、新材料试制复合材料辊套的研发过程。采用离心铸造生产的复合材料辊套的使用寿命是原辊套的3倍以上,解决了冶炼压球机辊套因其表面硬度低,不耐磨、寿命短而影响产量、质量的问题,取得了较大的经济效益,并在同行业辊套制造技术上处于领先地位。
The progress of research and development on the composite sleeve with the help of centrifugal casting technology and new material in Jilin Jien Nickel Corporation were described. This kind of composite sleeve can lengthen the life more than three times, expand production capacity, reduce the labor intensity, and deal with the problems about low hardness, non-friction, short-lived and poor quality of smelting sleeve for roller-press machine. Also, it makes remarkable economic effects and takes the lead in sleeve manufacturing technology.
