SGZ764/500刮板机左压块铸造工艺的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 利用计算机模拟软件V-Cast对左压块的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,预测了缩孔、缩松缺陷的位置和形状。在压块的上部设计了椭圆形冒口,发现冒口补缩能力不够。对冒口的尺寸进行了修改,加上了保温套、冷铁和浇注系统。经过计算机的再次模拟结果显示,改进的工艺能消除这些缺陷,铸件质量能得到保证。 The solidification process of the left holder block was simulated by using the computer simulation software V-Cast. The position and shape of the shrinkage defects were predicted. The oval riser was designed in the upper part of the left holder block,but the riser feeding capacity was not enough. The riser size was modified and the insulating sleeve,chill, and gating system were increased. The results after the once more simulation show that, the modified process can eliminate those defects and the quality of the casting can be ensured.
