摘要
针对厚壁"Ω"形微槽道铝热管连续挤压中金属流动不均匀、微槽道难成形、芯头易断齿的问题,进行了模具结构的设计与优化;提出了新型的阳模和芯头组合式连接结构。试验结果表明,改进后的模具结构具有良好的成形性。
Aiming at the problems of uneven metal flow, micro-grooves difficult forming and the mandrel teeth easily to broken in continuous extrusion of aluminum heat pipe with thick-waUed "Ω" shaped micro-grooves, the design of die structure was optimized. A new-style male die and connecting structure of combined type core head were presented. The experiment results show that the improved die structure has good formability.
