摘要
借助Dynaform软件,模拟了汽车仪表盘支架零件冲压成形工艺,确定了合理的冲压参数。调整了坯料形状,优化了坯料尺寸。通过实际冲压生产,验证了该方案的合理性和成形过程数值模拟的有效性。
With the help of Dynaform software, the stamping forming process of instrument board bracket for automobile was simulated, and the rational parameters of stamping were ascertained. The shape of sheet was adjusted, and its size was optimized. The rationality of the scheme and the feasibility of numerical simulation for forming process were verified by actual stamping production.
